PROCEDURE

All participants will be given a questionnaire packet and fill it out at home.

All participants will be asked to first read and sign an informed consent.

A participant letter will be given for the older adult participants who were relatives and family members of the younger adult participants.  The letter contains a statement that says we will radomly phone them to make sure that they completed the packet.

After the completion of the measures, the participants will be asked to read a written debriefing. 

There is no deception involved in the study.                         

Confidentiality is observed and all information was anonymous.
