What Do We Do?
We are the people that help you maintain your status while attending UCCS. The International Student Services Office provides the international students with a step-by step In-processing (mandatory one-on-one check-in) to help them to become better acquainted with the university and the campus. ISS also sponsors INFO WEEK (Fall Semester Orientation) which is designed to help the students adjust to life in the United States. This orientation enables the student to begin their education at this university with some knowledge that they are not alone and have a place to go for assistance and support. In addition, this office also assists with INS requirements. This is the first place you must come to upon your arrival. We use SEVIS database to monitor international students at the university. Please contact ISS if you have any questions or doubts. Remember that we are here to assist you.
