AMERICAN BADMINTON LEAGUE

WELCOME TO AMERICAN BADMINTON LEAGUE

The American Badminton league promotes a fast-paced, American version of the world's fastest racquet sports. The ABL emphasizes co-ed team play, with boys and girls, men and women contributing equally in an exciting match format. In the American Badminton League, small teams can compete against larger teams on an efficient number of courts. By presenting the sport in a progressive manner with streamlined scoring, the ABL will make badminton the American racquet sport of the 21st Century. There are four components to the American Badminton League: Junior League, Adult League, College League, and the ABL Professional League.

Leagues can be formed by anyone, anytime of the year-the only requirement is enough space for at least one badminton court. The ABL has free support materials that will help league organizeers get their leagues started, including Shuttles Across America, an easy to follow curriculum guide designed to get people playing badminton in 10 easy lessons.
