InfoLink
InfoLink is a fee based
information service offered by the Kraemer Library. It is aimed at the
business community, but the services are also available to UCCS faculty, staff
and students.
InfoLink members
may request the following services:

searches
of electronic databases
-
retrieval
of books and articles either through the collection at Kraemer library or
at other libraries

retrieval
of other types of documents such as patents, standards, dissertations
-
reference
assistance either in person or by phone
-
photocopying
of materials owned by Kraemer library
Costs and services

Annual membership fee:
$40.00
-
Members receive two library cards for use by anyone in the
company/organization
-
UCCS
campus patrons (faculty, staff and students) do not have to pay a
membership fee, but may choose to use some of the services detailed
below at the identified fees.
Photocopying
Copies
of materials that the library owns will be available within 48 hours of
receipt of request on weekdays and 72 hours over the weekend. Copies may be held for pick-up, sent by mail or fax.
In-house
materials: $10 (up to 15 exposures, additional exposures $.15 each)
Interlibrary
Loan
For
materials not owned by Kraemer Library
Articles (photocopies): $20 (plus royalty fees if applicable)
Books:
$20 (plus additional fees if applicable)
Some materials are not
available for loan but can be purchased through the library from a variety of
sources. Dissertations, patents, and standards are some examples of this type
of material. These materials are provided at cost.
In
depth research/online searching
$40
per hour, billed in 15 minute increments, plus any online charges at cost.

pickup is free
First class
mail: $5.00 per book; $5.00 per article.
Fax
transmission, at no cost, based on the quality of the copy
Federal Express
service available if prior arrangement is made.
