Please use this form to request materials for course reserves.  Please familiarize yourself with Reserve Policies before submitting this form.  If you have any questions, please call the Circulation Desk at x3286.

It is the policy of the library NOT to place on reserve, materials borrowed from other libraries, bound periodicals, or reference materials.

UCCS Reserve Copyright Policy

To comply with Copyright Law, Kraemer Family Library will implement the following policies for photocopied materials used for class reserves.

  1. Photocopied materials used for more than one semester must have advance permission from the copyright owner.  The instructor is responsible for requesting and keeping this permission.  All photocopies requested must be within copyright policy.  The library does not require the instructor to show the permission, but use of this online form assumes that permission has been obtained.
  2. The number of copies of any one item will be limited to one copy per 15 students.  If two or more copies of any one item are requested for reserve, the instructor must state on the form the number of students in the class.   More copies can be put on reserve if heavy use demonstrates a need for more. There is a limit of 6 copies of any one item.
