	This is one of the most difficult processes I have encountered so far but I am determined to find a way to create successful prints. The Egg Albumen recipe I used is included down below with a link going to the website where I found it.

	I really liked the Kallitype and had good results with it. As with the Albumen, I have included a recipe. I did notice that on the alternative photography website that they consider Kallitype and Van Dyke Brown the same process...

	The cyanotype process is the one I had the most success with and am determined to buy all the chemicals for it in order to teach my kids how to create prints. Hopefully this summer we will be able to take the time for this endeavor.

	The Van Dyke Brown process is another process in which I had some rather successful images. The chocolate brown of these prints makes them a delicious alternative.

Van Dyke Part A 13.5g Ferric Ammonium Citrate 50ml Distilled Water Van Dyke Part B 2.25g Tartaric Acid 50ml Distilled Water Van Dyke Part C 6g Silver Nitrate 50ml Distilled Water

Cyanotype I

100 ml water and 25g green ferric ammonium citrate is mixed together.
100 ml water and 10g potassium ferricyanide is mixed in a separate container.
The two solutions are then mixed in equal parts.

Kallitype

Ammonium Citrate of Iron or AmmoniumFerric Citrate (Green Scales or Powder) 18gr
Tartaric Acid 3gr
Silver Nitrate 7.5gr
Distilled Water 200ml

Egg Albumen

Sizing/salting solution
12 eggs or enough for 500ml of egg whites
15-g ammonium chloride or salt
15-ml distilled water
2-ml 28% acetic (glacial) acid
15-g sodium citrate (optional preservative)
2 drops Kodak PhotoFlo (optional)

Sensitizer
37.5-g silver nitrate
250-ml distilled water
2 drops 6.5-7% potassium dichromate (optional contrast control)
