The Residence Hall Association shall provide for a cooperative effort in unifying and serving the students living in the Residential Villages on campus at UCCS. In particular, RHA shall provide a means for responsive and effective participation in, and regulation of resident student affairs. In addition, RHA shall serve as the official governing body of the residents living in the Residential Villages on matters of concern and provide for both mutual and beneficial understanding between the residents and staff. Furthermore, RHA shall support student rights and their cultural aspects of residence life, and evaluate problems in the Office of Residence Life and Housing, as well as Food Service and facilitate their solution. Finally, RHA shall develop and maintain programs and concepts for the effective self-government within and among the Residential Villages.
