University of Colorado at Colorado Springs employees may engage in
personal religious expression to the extent that it does not interfere
with their employment, create a workplace disruption, cause a loss of
work time, or is prohibited by law. UCCS reasonably accommodates
religious expression in the workplace for the followers of all
religions, as well as the followers of none.

Employees shall not communicate, advertise or encourage participation
in personal religious activities through their official capacity or
correspondence as a university employee. Employees must take
particular care not to impose or suppress personal religious
expression supported by this statement while in a supervisory role or
position of authority.
